1) The BoardView v1.5 does not support "CTRL+O" or "File>Open" options . To open a "Board view" file please use a "Drag & Drop" function or use its earlier version (v1.3)

2) Problem:        
                            Component 'comdlg32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not
                            correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
    Solution:
                            Put the comdlg32.ocx file into C:\\Windows\System32 directory and then register it 
                            Press Win+R . Type the following:   
                            regsvr32 C:\\Windows\System32\comdlg32.ocx
                            and press Enter . Now the viewer should work .

3) Problem:        
                            Component 'mscomctl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not
                            correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
    Solution:
                            Put the mscomctl.ocx file into C:\\Windows\System32 directory and then register it 
                            Press Win+R . Type the following:   
                            regsvr32 C:\\Windows\System32\mscomctl.ocx
                            and press Enter . Now the viewer should work .

4) Problem:        
                            Component 'comdlg32.dll' or one of its dependencies not
                            correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
    Solution:
                            Put the mscomctl.ocx file into C:\\Windows\System32 directory and then register it 
                            Press Win+R . Type the following:   
                            regsvr32 C:\\Windows\System32\comdlg32.dll
                            and press Enter . Now the viewer should work .                       

5)  Problem:      a BV file could not be loaded. 

    Solution          A support of Asian Languages need to be installed ! 
                            You can find this option here:  Start>Control panel>Languages and Regional settings>Languages

If nothing listed above can't help you to solve the problem - please use an alternative
BV viewer (ALT_viewer)
